Purpose of the role:
Under the supervision of a Reporting & Account Documentation (RAD) team head, this position requires the individual to fulfil the role of the following duties and responsibilities and to act as deputy to the team head in all aspects of the running and management of the team in the absence of the Team Leader or as delegated by the team head.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure portals are reconciled to account for closures and new business on an ongoing basis
- Assisting with the completion and upload of Cayman Islands CRS compliance forms (approximately 700 forms per annum) Completion of forms, obtaining approval from the business and upload to the Cayman Automatic Exchange of Information Portal
- Facilitate with fiduciary Services appropriate information mailing to all clients to obtain outstanding certifications in relation to Singapore, Jersey, Switzerland and Bahamas
- Includes analysis of around 6,000 and preparation of draft letters to send Trust teams and checking mailing addresses etc.
- Track, monitor and follow-up on all client mailings. Report status to management. Update systems to ensure CTP has all relevant residence/domicile information and information
Skills required:
- 6-10 years of experience
- Robust experience in trust and/or estate management and administration along with proven experience in leading and managing a team
- Advanced degree in law, finance or industry education desired
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team
- Strong knowledge and proven technical proficiency in the investment, legal and tax issues relative to trust and/or estate management
- Strong communication and proven presentation skills
