Purpose of the role:
You will act on the boards of corporate trustee and corporate director companies in a number of jurisdictions.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and manage risk involved in a structure’s operations
- Analyse and understand the transactions/activities involving the fiduciary and corporate structures administered by the Group
- Proactively manage client structures
- Develop relationships with clients so that the Group ultimately becomes the client’s trusted advisor and maintain knowledge of client’s circumstances, background and structures
- Provide Family Office with technical assistance on complex documentation and specifically support Senior Management on complex transactions
- Identify opportunities for business development
Skills required:
- Educated to degree level (master in law, qualified lawyer or equivalent preferred)
- 5 years post qualification experience
- A practical knowledge of trust & company legislation
