Purpose of the role:
You will report to the Head of Special Assets and will be expected to oversee all Trust-owned real estate held outside of The Americas.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct real estate asset reviews to ensure adherence to published policies and procedures
- Present asset reviews and management reports to the Special Asset Review Committee
- Manage risk exposure in trust accounts
- Review and approve requests to hold new properties in trust
Skills required:
- Bachelor's/University degree
- Significant relevant experience required
- Experience in and an understanding of the real estate industry (especially the UK)
- Strong understanding of trust/fiduciary oversight.
