Purpose of the role:
As a Trust Officer, you will provide support to the team to achieve the business objectives, projects and goals as directed by the Client Services Director/Managing Director.
Responsibilities:
- Support with the administration of a varied and interesting portfolio of complex clients
- Liaise with clients and intermediaries on their transactions, drafting company minutes, trustee resolutions and manage standard correspondence
- Maintain client records, conduct annual reviews to ensure we are compliant with our legal and regulatory requirements
- Assist with the day to day running of the team
Skills required:
- Experience within a Fiduciary environment
- Ideally working towards a relevant qualification e.g. STEP, ICSA or legal qualification (not essential)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as using own initiative
- Willingness to learn
