Trust Manager Private Client
Purpose of the role:
The role holder with administer a complex and varied portfolio of clients requiring a more senior level of technical ability and provide support to the Senior Manager / Associate Director and more junior staff within the team.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients for the Group and ensure those clients are administered in accordance with the terms of the trust deeds and/or corporate documents as applicable and professional legal/tax advice given.
- Attending client meetings and preparing file notes of the same.
- Liaising directly with clients and advisers, investment managers and bankers.
- Establish, build and manage strong relationships and networks with intermediaries and client
Experience required:
- Hold a relevant Category B professional qualification (ACCA/ICSA/STEP Diploma)
- A minimum of 6 years’ experience working in a Private Client role within the Jersey trust industry, with a minimum of 3 years at an Assistant Manager/Manager level.
- Must have entitled to work status in Jersey (i.e. minimum 5 years in Jersey).
