About the role:
This role will be responsible for the effective and efficient administration of a portfolio of structures of varying complexity, dealing with clients and intermediaries on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all administration and client services issues are attended to in accordance with the company’s procedures manual in force at any given time and relevant client agreements and other documents
- Attendance in meetings with clients and/or their advisers, always with the support of a Manager, and the development of the relationships with them
- Undertake transactions as delegated and refer to the Manager for technical assistance
- Maintenance of statutory records in conjunction with the Corporate Secretarial Team
- Responsible for the efficient day to day management of all clients affairs in accordance with the terms of appointment including the maintenance of all relevant Trust/Company records
Skills, knowledge & expertise:
Job Holder will already be qualified as required to be at least a Category C employee as described by the JFSC and will be continuing with their studies to enable them to reach Diploma/Professional level.
