Purpose of the role:
You will take direct administrative responsibility for a portfolio of trusts, companies and other wealth structures ensuring that first class service is provided to all clients, intermediaries and other stakeholders in support of a client service team, headed by a Client Director.
Responsibilities:
- Develop an awareness of risk policies and build an understanding of how these are applied to client and business situations, developing an awareness of the different risk roles undertaken
- Support and work collaboratively with your team members developing strong working relationships with your wider colleagues
- Achieve personal targets as set out for your role for time recording, utilisation and working capital management
- Support by identifying client needs and delivering upon opportunities to drive up levels of client service, as well as seeking to identify new business opportunities
- Ensure you deliver on client commitments to agreed deadlines and to a high standard
Skills required:
- Have relevant industry experience and demonstrate good client service delivery against the needs and demands of all clients
- Demonstrate an understanding of the technical principles of day to day administration
- Be fluent in English and an understanding of other languages is desirable
- Expected to study towards a relevant professional qualification (such as STEP or ICSA), and to be educated to a minimum of 5 GCSE or A-Level standards, or equivalent
- Once qualified you will also be expected to maintain the relevant Continued Professional Development (CPD) hours in line with your relevant qualification
