Purpose of the role:
The role provides significant exposure to a broad range of Treasury and Banking Products, operational processes and business initiatives, with opportunities to contribute to strategic change.
Responsibilities:
• Take ownership for the accurate and timely execution, settlement and lifecycle management of securities, OTC, FX and money market transactions.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support on complex transactions, operational processes and technical issues.
• Lead the investigation and resolution of complex exceptions, breaks and risk events, ensuring root causes are identified and sustainable solutions implemented.
Skills required:
• Extensive post-qualification experience in a finance position
• Previous experience as a senior leader within a financial services Finance function, including managing a team
• Qualification in either Finance, Economics or Accounting, with Big 4 experience preferred.
