Purpose of the role:
To assist with the administration of a portfolio of private client trusts and companies under the supervision of the Associate Director
Responsibilities:
- Always strive for excellent client service and delivery
- Making payments
- Bookkeeping
- Assistance with the preparation of trust and company accounts
- Scanning and collation of documents required for new investments and accounts with new service providers
- Communicating with intermediaries by email, letter and telephone
- Assistance with the preparation of reporting to clients
- Ensure that timesheets are completed on a daily basis
- Achieve chargeability, WIP, recoverability and debtor targets within deadlines set
Skills required:
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Well organised - with accuracy and timely completion of work
- Good administrative skills are required
- Strong numeracy skills are essential
- Ability to adapt to a variety of work on a number of clients
- Flexible, with the ability to work to time pressures and react calmly to changing demands
