About the role:
To assist with the administration of a portfolio of private client trusts and companies under the supervision of the Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Always strive for excellent client service and delivery
- Preparing payment packs and making payments
- Bookkeeping under the supervision of a Senior Administrator/Assistant Manager
Skills required:
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Well organised - with accuracy and timely completion of work
- Good administrative skills are required
