Purpose of the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy, supportive team within a Trust Department. In this role, you will assist with the administration of a portfolio of private client trusts and companies under the supervision of the Trust Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Scanning and collation of documents required for new investments and accounts with new service providers
- Communicating with intermediaries by email, letter and telephone
- Assistance with the preparation of reporting to clients
- To ensure that timesheets are completed on a daily basis
- To achieve chargeability, WIP, recoverability and debtor targets within deadlines set
- To apply internal risk management procedures
Skills required:
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Well organised - with accuracy and timely completion of work
- Good administrative skills are required
- Strong numeracy skills are essential
