Purpose of the role:
You will assist with the routine day-to-day support of teams with using eFront.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with client facing Administrators and Accountants using eFront to ensure the appropriate delivery of client service
- Monitor incoming requests from teams and prioritise effectively
- Assist with all aspects of recording static data and transactional data on to eFront
- Assist teams with achieving their desired outputs for reporting
- Advise teams on best practice for system inputs
- Assist with planning the approach for migrating new clients onto eFront
- Perform the testing of system updates and confirm that business requirements are met
- Provide timely and professional responses to all clients and internal enquiries
- Review user guides and ensure they are kept up to date with relevant system changes
- Adherence to standard policies and procedures of the Company
