Job Purpose:
The primary purpose of this role to assist line manager and senior management with the administration of a portfolio of clients across a wide range of asset classes and the onboarding and switch of new business. The Trainee Fund Administrator will be expected to provide support to the team and the Management Team of the Company by being proactive in their approach to ensure that they uphold the policies and procedures and reputation of the Company. Responsibilities:
• Assisting with the administration of a range of funds including both closed ended and open ended fund structures, management vehicles and associated vehicles liaising with clients and intermediaries as necessary

Skills / Experience:
• Educated to at least ‘A’ level standard or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbally) in order to develop close working relationships internally and externally
• A flexible approach to work and good time management skills in working towards deadlines
