Purpose of the role:
As the Junior Administrator, you will provide support to a fund Administration team.
Responsibilities:
- Member of the global e-signing team, responsible for processing, record keeping, filing and document management
- Weekly Board meeting scheduling, document distribution, quorum checking and record keeping
- Tracking the implementation of Board decisions agreed at Boards and/or Board Committees
- Maintenance of investors data such as contact, bank account details and addresses in accordance with agreed procedures
- Preparation and distribution of investor related transaction documents and reporting
- Maintenance of statutory records including filing with relevant authorities
- Preparation of annual statutory filings and tax returns
- System inputting and coordination
Skills required:
- Relevant academic records including GCSE (grades 5-9 as a minimum)
- Some relevant experience in an administrative/company secretarial environment
- IT literate and experience of all MS applications (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.)
