About the role:
You will provide administrative support to all members as required and you will work closely with the Senior Administrators and Administrators on their client portfolios.. You will need to be pro-active and approach challenges with conviction, positivity, urgency, efficiency, and a smile!
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones, photocopying, scanning, preparing emails, letters, and spreadsheets in conjunction with Senior Administrators/Administrators.
- Liaising with clients and intermediaries and implementing their instructions once approved by a Senior Administrators/Administrators..
- Preparing on-line payments and appropriate bank instructions.
