Purpose of the role:
In this busy team, you will provide administrative support to all Senior Administrators and Administrators as required.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones, photocopying, scanning, faxing, preparing emails, letters and spreadsheets in conjunction with Administrators
- Liaising with clients and intermediaries and implementing their instructions once approved by a Senior Administrator
- Preparing on-line payments and appropriate bank instructions
- Preparing necessary documentation for the incorporation or dissolution of companies and the establishment or termination of Trusts
- Prepare Annual Confirmations for client companies
- Prepare board memos and minutes, where required, and maintain the statutory records for the companies administered
Skills required:
- Be willing to work towards a professional qualification e.g. ICSA, ACA, ACIB, STEP
