Purpose of the role:
To support the Treasury and Banking Team by providing administrative duties in banking operations to include, but not limited to daily banking feeds and maintenance of banking platforms. The role will also include ensuring that the Authorised Signature mandates are updated and Staff CDD is kept up to date.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring bank statements to ensure these are received on a timely basis in accordance with procedures
- Advise all bank branches by mail when new authorised signature lists are produced
- Maintain staff CDD on internal systems to ensure that these are kept up-to-date
- Add and remove staff access on banking platforms as required
- Reset passwords on various banking platforms upon request
- Assist with the monitoring of the client account
- Open new bank accounts when required and provide assistance and guidance to client teams
- To become a subject matter expert on the payment systems used with panel banks
- Follow Company’s payment procedures
- Ongoing training and advice for online banking systems
- To maintain client confidentiality
- To record all-time on the Company’s time recording system and ensure the narrative is clear
- Such other duties as the management may at times reasonably require
Skills required:
- Have some previous experience/exposure within a Trust company
