Trainee Administrator - Operations & AML
Responsibilities:
Review and Processing of Client Due Diligence (“CDD”) and Know Your Client (“KYC”) documentation
Maintain and update the business' CDD Tracker, High Risk Jurisdiction Register, Liaison Register, Google Alerts Register and Staff Checks Register
Executing background checks and searches/client profiling
Be responsible for carrying out ad-hoc World checks, Open Source searches as requested by the business
Skills required:
Attention to detail to ensure work is of a consistently high standard
Well organised - with accuracy and timely completion of work
Good administrative and numeracy skills
Ability to adapt to a variety of work on a number of tasks/projects
