Purpose of the role:
Maintaining secretarial, governance and transactional oversight and control of client entities.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with transactions and day to day administration under supervision of senior team members
- Arranging board meetings, requesting documentation, preparing agendas, board packs and drafting routine board minutes/resolutions
- Investor drawdown and distribution notice preparation, monitoring correspondence and updating associated logs
- Drafting email correspondence for review, including routine investor, client and advisor correspondence
- Preparation of statutory filings and annual returns
- Assisting with onboarding of new client entities and investors by processing application forms, updating records, logging documents and running searches
- Updating statutory records and registers for clients including use of NavOne and iManage
