Purpose of the role:
Our client is looking for a Trainee Administrator to join their Corporate team.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake general administrative tasks as required, under the support of the Team Leaders, ensuring that all business is conducted in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company and the rules, guidelines and expectations of the local regulator
- Support and work with other members of the team as agreed on ad hoc basis - provide assistance and support to Administration teams
Skills required:
- Willingness to study for a relevant qualification e.g. CIFA, COA, STEP, ICSA
- Self-motivated with good communication skills with both staff and external parties
- Methodical, thorough and attentive to detail
- Good time management/prioritisation skills
