About the role:
This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in the corporate and financial services sector. You will work alongside experienced professionals, as part of a busy team, assisting with a range of client-related work and day-to-day administration.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Corporate team with daily administrative tasks and client-related matters.
- Assisting with transactions across different asset types, including real estate and financial instruments.
- Preparing and maintaining client records and files to meet internal and regulatory standards.
- Assisting with company secretarial work, including preparing board packs and issuing notices.
- Compiling client due diligence packs for both new and existing clients.
- Ensuring company databases are kept accurate and up to date.
Requirements:
- GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently.
- Willingness to study towards a relevant professional qualification.
- Careful and methodical approach to work.
