Purpose of the role:
You will provide ongoing assistance and support to the team in respect of the high quality administration of a portfolio of corporate clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the team with client due diligence and undertake compliance checks in respect of any new business
- Client acceptance process
- All aspects of the ongoing administration of client entities, delivering excellent client services levels at all times
- Undertake scanning and filing of any client documentation
- Assist with the ongoing data input within the corporate services practice management database
- Provide assistance to the team with the preparation of statutory and regulatory filings
- Prepare payment instructions
