About the role/Purpose of the role:
The Trainee Administrator supports the team in administering a small portfolio of clients, contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day administrative activities. The role will predominately involve servicing one large UHNW client structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake general administrative tasks as required to support the team, ensuring all work is completed in line with Accuro policies and JFSC regulatory requirements.
- Assist with the preparation, checking and processing of payments and associated checklists.
- Support the preparation of board packs, meeting materials and draft minutes.
- Maintain accurate client records, including data input and updates within Business.
- Central and other internal systems.
