Purpose of the role:
You will provide on-going assistance and support to the team in respect of the high quality administration of a portfolio of corporate clients as part of Governance Services provision of corporate administration services.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake Company/Litigation searches and ordering of any documents from the Registry
- Undertake scanning and filing of any client documentation
- Assist the team with client due diligence and also undertake compliance checks in respect of any new business
- Assist with the on-going data input within the corporate services practice management database
- Provide assistance to the team with the preparation of Annual Validations and Returns for companies administered in Jersey
- Answer telephone calls and take detailed messages on behalf of the team
- Assist and support with the administration of a portfolio of corporate clients and ensure that client relationships and transactions are managed effectively and to a high standard
