Purpose of the role:
Reporting directly into the Global Change Manager and working alongside the Learning Technology Lead (LTL), the role will work with Project teams and product owners in the business to create, maintain and promote tech focused learning.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and co-deliver key tech training sessions to all staff within the business
- Provide feedback to project teams and sponsors "through the eyes of the end user" and design and deliver relevant tech training
- Be open and curious when it comes to looking at new and existing tech solutions and how they could enhance client service
- Stay abreast of new industry-leading learning tools and techniques that complement our toolkit
- Create relevant and engaging training material to support new tech, or enhance use of existing tech
- Stay up to date with their global change programme and consider the level of change to identify relevant training requirements
