Purpose of the role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and highly accurate individual to join a Family Office services team, to assist the Administrators with basic tasks concerning their client portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Processing payments and updating reports
- Arrange payments
- Update the invoice tracker when invoices are received and have been paid and/or approved for payment
- Review the tracker on a monthly basis to make sure it is up to date and can be emailed out for external review
- Prepare courier forms
- Scanning and completing forms for wet ink CDD
- Compile CDD packs when requested by services providers
- Prepare internal forms e.g. bank set up/amendment, disbursements etc
- Basic NAV workflows, e.g. appointments/resignations
Skills required:
- GCSE’s in English Language and Mathematics - Grade C (Level 4) minimum
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Previous office experience
