Purpose of the role:
You'll be part of our global service delivery team supporting the Jersey and the wider business with first and second line IT support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second line IT desktop support for users and infrastructure;
- General IT questions
- Software / Application patching
- Configuring laptops, mobiles, screens and printers
- Support VIP's in the local office
Skills required:
- A few years' experience a in Service Desk role
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Self-sufficient & self-motivated
