Purpose of the role:
You will be part of a global service delivery team supporting the Jersey and the wilder business with first and second line IT support.
Responsibilities:
- Working as a Service Desk Engineer, your responsibilities of the role will grow and adapt to changing needs, below are the core duties of the role, which are not exhaustive
- Provide first and second line IT desktop support for users and infrastructure
- General IT questions
- Software/Application patching
- Configuring laptops, mobiles, screens and printers
- Support VIPs in the local office
- Setting up new users, including providing Technology Inductions
- Removing employees from the system when they have left the organisation
- Administration of Office 365, Azure, Intune and conditional access
Skills required:
- A few years' experience in a Service Desk role
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Self-sufficient & self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
- Strong work ethic
