Purpose of the role:
In this role, you will be the first point of contact delivering exceptional technical support to their people globally for all IT systems and associated infrastructure and security.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first point of contact technical support for all IT related service requests and incidents via telephone and email - this could be locally in the office or remotely
- Provide first line support and assist with second line support where possible working collectively with senior members of the team and other service areas to resolve issues
- Provision and maintain the desktop suite, inclusive of software deployment and security
- Deliver, administer and support mobility technologies to employees in remote locations
- Administer user account creation, amendments and deletion in a wide range of IT systems and applications
Skills required:
- At least two years' experience in professional services environment, preferably in a technical support role
- Commitment to on-going professional studies
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Discretion and demonstrates good judgement
- An excellent understanding of the main Microsoft applications and Windows 10
