As a Senior Trust Officer, you will assist and support the Trust team with the administration of a wide-ranging portfolio of companies, trusts, and foundations to maintain a consistent and high standard of service. You will also ensure all correspondence and other communications is attended to professionally and promptly to streamline communication within our Jersey office and across the wider Group.
Your duties will include:
• Identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Attend meetings with clients and/or their advisors either in Jersey or occasionally overseas.
• Maintain statutory records for entities under administration ensuring compliance with local legislation in the jurisdiction in which the entity was incorporated/established.
• Complete all trust control functions, within the agreed time frame, including periodic reviews, accounts, updating of registers etc.
• Ensure all clients assets are correctly identified, allocated and under full control of the trust company, or their delegated representatives.
• Ensure the fair charging of fees to clients and periodic review of profitability.
