Purpose of the role:
You will support us with the administration of a varied and interesting portfolio of complex clients. You will liaise with clients and intermediaries on their transactions, drafting company minutes, trustee resolutions and managing standard correspondence.
Responsibilities:
- Organisation is key to maintain client records, conduct annual reviews to ensure they are compliant with our legal and regulatory requirements
- If you enjoy people management there is an opportunity to assist with the day-to-day basis running of the team
- Work with the business to deliver on projects, and tasks
Skills required:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the CSP industry is essential with excellent technical knowledge too
- If you hold or working towards a STEP or ICSA qualification, it is a bonus but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, an eye for detail and a commitment to quality
- Proven experience of relationship building and interpersonal skills
- An enthusiasm to learn new skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise daily activities and tasks
