Purpose of the role:
You'll help develop our business by providing and promoting a first class personal service to existing and prospective clients, working closely with Directors and the wider management team to ensure business growth whilst meeting regulatory and internal administration needs.
Responsibilities:
- Act as Relationship Lead for a portfolio of clients, maximising revenue from these relationships and achieving client retention
- Member of the senior management team and responsible for the management of various asset classes
- Work closely with the Director – Client Services in assuming day-to-day responsibility for all matters arising in relation to these areas
- Provides technical advice to clients and employees in complex matters, whilst making use of the internal expertise from in-house tax, compliance, legal and so forth
- Undertakes marketing meetings with potential clients and intermediaries
Skills required:
- Exceptional team management skills, coaching and developing the team
- At least 10 years’ experience working in a fiduciary environment
- Have an expert level of client administration
- Have expert technical knowledge of tax compliance and commonly used tax structuring
- STEP or ICSA qualified or equivalent in a relevant field
