Purpose of the role:
As the Senior Manager, you will provide oversight, day-to-day management and cohesive leadership to a Trust team.
Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for a team of individuals who administer a complex portfolio of fiduciary entities
- Ensure all correspondence and other communication is attended to professionally and promptly to ensure a consistently high standard of service
- Work with the team to ensure that the firms KPI’s are met by the individual team members in line with objectives set within performance reviews
- Assist in developing the business of the company by identifying new business opportunities for the company and have a thorough knowledge and actively promote products and services to potential clients
- Monitor accounts preparation, billing, and periodic reviews for own portfolio
- Monitor investment portfolio valuations
Skills required:
- Strong knowledge of trust, company and fiduciary structures
- Qualified in STEP, ACCA, ACA or similar professional qualification, or working towards the same
- Be proactive and forward-thinking with the ability to deal with tasks independently and use your initiative
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Proven experience and ability to lead a team and assist with training and development of staff
