Purpose of the role:
You will take direct administrative responsibility for a complex portfolio of trusts, companies and other wealth structures ensuring that first class service is provided to beneficiaries/clients and intermediaries and support to your line management.
Responsibilities:
- Attend to clients’ needs in a timely, professional manner and maintaining knowledge and control over assets and activities of entities administered
- Take responsibility for the administration of a varied portfolio of trusts, companies, foundations and/or other entities, keeping data maintained, up to date and relevant
- Prepare minutes/resolutions/other related documents/payments/distributions of a complex nature and present to management/directors for review
- Provide support and supervision to other team members in the execution of your roles
- Attend client meetings as required and preparing all documentation in preparation of the meeting and files notes and action lists from the meeting
Skills required:
- Have 5 years+ of experience in a trust administration role and hold or be working towards a recognised trust qualification (STEP Diploma or similar)
- Experience of Trust services industry or similar regulated business
- Experience of Trust and Company administration
- A good awareness of Jersey local trust and company legislation and practice, including good knowledge of Anti Money Laundering Laws and Orders
