About the role:
As a Senior Technology Trainer, you will lead the design and delivery of innovative training programs that empower employees to make the most of our core business systems
Key responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the organisation’s technology training program, ensuring it supports business needs and strategic goals.
• Regularly assess and refine existing training provision, identifying gaps and shaping the future direction of technology learning.
• Design and implement innovative initiatives that drive user adoption and strengthen proficiency across core applications and platforms.
• Deliver impactful training sessions — both in person and virtually — tailored to diverse audiences and aligned with ongoing projects
Skills and experience:
• Proven experience in designing and delivering technology training programs with successful outcomes in a multinational corporate environment (5years+).
• Experience of Quantios NavOne, LaserFiche or PAXUS would be an advantage.
• Degree in IT, Education, Business, or equivalent, certifications in technology training.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Skilled in creating high-quality training materials (guides, presentations, e-learning, videos).
• Experience delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions, adapting to audience needs.
