Purpose of the role:
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract. The purpose of the role is to directly manage and lead a “Business Process Automation” transformational programme in redesigning and automating the processes to enhance their client’s journey and employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver a large scale, multi-jurisdictional/Group, highly complex, business transformational programme in a fast-paced and virtual environment
- Demonstrate a passion for continuously improving the customer experience by working with Project and Change teams to ensure effective adoption of programmes, ensuring new processes and tools are understood and performing ongoing assessments against success criteria
- Maintain and assist in the development and approval of budgets for the Business Process Automation Programme/Project
- Manage and Lead direct and indirect project resources to identify capacity constraints and identify solutions to fulfil shortfalls to ensure that projects are delivered within agreed timeframes
- Provide progress reports to Senior and Executive Board level stakeholders on the project status, issues, risks and change management plans
Skills required:
- Demonstrable capability to lead Group transformation projects and programmes from initiation through to successful completion. Using a variety of methods (waterfall, agile and hybrid)
- 10+ years of programme/project/change management experience in a large size company with a proven record of successful project delivery working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Project and Programme management qualifications
- Experience in process automation and transformation projects and programmes is advantageous
