Purpose of the role:
The post holder will be responsible for co-ordinating and processing monthly and ad hoc payrolls across multiple jurisdictions, as well as assisting with the planning, development and delivery of employee benefits that enable our client to attract and retain the best talent available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help co-ordinate the annual benefit renewals, liaising with external brokers and thirdparty suppliers as well as internal key stakeholders
- Identify and monitor trends in our current benefits and assist in promoting the benefits on offer to employees
Skills required
- Benefits & Payroll administration processing experience essential
- Strong academic background with good numerical aptitude
- Excellent Excel and analytical skills
