Purpose of the role:
You will need to be switched-on and have a can do attitude to carry out a variety of administrative tasks. This is a client-facing role where you will administer a portfolio with a variety of Corporate and Fund structures holding a diverse range of assets - anything from traditional real estate to digital tokens and cryptocurrency.
Responsibilities:
- As well as possessing an enthusiasm to learn, exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work are vital to enable you to assist the team with day-to-day tasks
- Liaising with clients and intermediaries (both virtually and in person)
- Attending board meetings
- Dealing with statutory and internal reporting requirements
- Reviewing payments
- Delivering KPI’s and supervising junior team members
Skills required:
- The right to live and work in Jersey
- Relevant experience within a very similar role
- Preferably ICSA/STEP qualified or working towards ICSA/STEP or other relevant qualification
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel, Outlook and Word
- Excellent knowledge of the Finance Industry in Jersey
