Purpose of the role:
To be responsible for and administer a portfolio of companies, trusts and private funds and provide a good level of professional service in accordance with the company's policies and procedures and local regulatory requirements
Responsibilities:
- Review debtors and liaise with finance to ensure their prompt collection.
- Meet Key Performance Indicators to ensure targets are met
- Review monthly/quarterly WIP reports
- Review client relationships to ensure their commerciality and identify any new opportunities
- Assisting and supporting administrator in dealing with more complex client issues and problems
- Administer a variety of asset classes held within entities.
- Maintain good corporate governance practices for the portfolio of companies and trust clients
Skills required:
- Table 4 qualification
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the Trust and Fiduciary services industry
