Purpose of the role:
In this role, you’ll support the administration of institutional client portfolios, deliver high quality service, and contribute to a growing international client base. Occasional travel to other offices or client sites may be required.
Responsibilities:
- You’ll lead by example, embodying our Group Values while delivering exceptional client service and driving operational efficiency across your portfolio.
- You’ll support and mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and helping them grow while overseeing their work to ensure quality and compliance.
- You’ll take ownership of client relationships, attending meetings, managing correspondence, and proactively identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
Skills required:
- You bring at least 5 years of fund administration experience, backed by a relevant professional qualification (like ICSA) and active CPD.
- You have strong knowledge of Jersey’s finance industry and a solid grasp of fund services business duties and regulations.
- You’re highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
