Purpose of the role:
As you lead the team and leverage on your industry experience to manage the daily operations and key group initiatives. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing branding, managing external communications, coordinating with agencies, maintaining the department budget and optimising on core market channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and monitor the group marketing content strategy striving to deliver optimal brand awareness among target global audiences, deepen existing client and intermediary relationships and support new business generation
- Lead on content planning and coordination across internal subject matter experts, distribute content on website and social media channels
- Support development of Employee Advocacy across marketing channels to elevate brand authority and amplify reach
Skilled Required:
- Solid experience in the industry is required showcasing expertise in international marketing management
- Hold a recognised Marketing qualification such as a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or CIM qualification
- Have a track record of executing marketing initiatives through effective planning, prioritisation, and strategic implementation
