Senior Manager/Assistant Director - Funds

Purpose of the role:

Our client is looking for a Senior Manager or Assistant Director to manage the fund administration of our cornerstone client and potentially provide oversight over accounting.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the team delivers high-quality, accurate, and timely services to the client, in accordance with established procedures
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client
  • Review and approve work produced by the team
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders
  • Help drive the delivery of our business strategy
  • Work on projects and process improvements
  • Contribute to business development activities for the acquisition of new clients
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards

Skills required:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in fund services (administration and/or accounting)
  • Strong knowledge of fund administration and accounting processes
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
