Purpose of the role:
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the fastest growing teams. You will oversee the delivery of world-class fund administration and financial reporting services to a portfolio of private equity clients. Key areas of this role are to develop new business relationships whilst continually developing team members.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the financial management of the team
- Ensure team adherence to internal company procedures
- Liaising with all intermediaries and external agents such as new business introducers, legal advisors, auditors and the JFSC in respect of team clients
- Responsibility for a portfolio of clients
- Assist with the client acceptance process for new clients
- Involvement with Group projects as either a member of a Committee or as Team Leader
- Ensure all clients invoiced correct frequency and correct amount
- Monitor and develop strategies to improve recoverability and profitability
- Prioritising own and team workflow
- Coach team in relation to client activities and procedures
Skills required:
- Table 4 qualification
- Sound academic background
- Qualified Accountant
- 10 years experience working within the private equity fund administration space
- Comprehensive and detailed understanding and knowledge of the local finance industry legislation and regulatory requirements
- Excellent understanding of client financial reporting
