Purpose of the role:
Our client is looking for a Senior Manager in Administration to join their Private Equity team.
Responsibilities:
- Attendance at compliance monitoring tasks meetings on behalf of the PE team
- Leading and completing the annual refresh of client regulatory documentation (BRAs, compliance manuals etc.)
- Project management of new client and investor onboarding
- Act as central point of contact for the PE team with the CDD team
- Champion the continual update and cleansing of Console data
- Supporting the centralised Ops team in the delivery of FATCA/CRS, Annual Confirmation Statements, ISAE Audit and Tax return projects for PE team
- Provide ongoing support in the servicing of certain clients within the PE team
- Provide technical guidance to client service teams where required
- Reinforce positively throughout the team the importance of meeting KPIs
- Establish build and maintain strong working relationships with relevant internal functions
Skills required:
- Qualified with a professional qualification such as ICSA or ACCA or equivalent (consideration given on case by case basis)
- Relevant trust or funds experience in a professional environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of local regulatory environment
- A strong understanding of Jersey statutory laws and other related legal and regulatory requirements, particularly Anti-Money Laundering requirements
