Purpose of the role:
The role will support the development and maintenance of the Group Risk Framework, working closely with Risk teams, as well as engaging with stakeholders across the wider business.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise and co-ordinate with third party providers, for example Internal Audit and Risk Consultants.
- Work closely with the Risk Associate Director to develop appropriate controls to mitigate risk, including supporting the business in developing and implementing system controls.
- Perform analysis of risk reporting to identify any trends/issues.
Skills required:
- This role would suit a candidate with a variety of skills to include excellent Trust and Company experience.
- Strong communication skills and be adept at building relationships across the business.
- Understanding of the broad spectrum of risks facing the sector; including but not limited to data security, people related, regulatory risk, etc.
