Purpose of the role:
You will act as Deputy Key Person (DMLCO, DMLRO and DCO) for the company and it's entities and play a central role in overseeing compliance arrangements across a diverse portfolio of entity types. These include managed trust company businesses, money services businesses, managed fund entities, regulated funds, Jersey Private Funds and entities supervised under Schedule 2 of the Proceeds of Crime (Jersey) Law 1999.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver MLCO reports and statistics including analysis and review for quarterly governance meetings.
- Review, maintenance and delivery of Compliance Monitoring Programmes.
- Review and maintenance of Policies and Procedures, including up keep of the index and version control.
Skills required:
- Recognised industry professional qualification e.g. ICA
- Minimum of 10 years in a financial services environment, preferably with relevant management experience.
- Good IT skills, including practical experience of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
