Purpose of the role:
You will work closely with the Senior Management and other IT service providers to facilitate and maximise the effectiveness of the support team.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a critical link between a broad group of users and IT support staff, to ensure proactive issue resolution and an exceptional support service level
- Link with procurement teams to ensure business requirements are met, and inventory and costs are managed effectively
- Provide or coordinate regular MI
- Be responsible for identifying current and future potential issues and improvements
- Provide project and new initiative based support
