Purpose of the role:
Our client is recruiting for a Senior HR Business Partner who will be responsible for building a cohesive people agenda that can respond and adapt to the changing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Understand external threats and opportunities in the industry that could potentially impact business
- Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management
- Leading culture and change management. You will be advising and supporting management in the organizational transformation
- Work with HR Leadership and all HR Centers of Excellence to give feedback on strategies and programs to more effectively meet the needs of the business
- Ability to conduct analysis and deliver data driven presentations/recommendations to senior management
Skills required:
- Completed degree and CIPD qualified or equivalent
- Experience of working independently to advise and guide managers on complex projects/employee relation issues
- Experience of dealing with a wide range of stakeholders and able to build effective working relationships at all levels
- Confident directing HR and advising managers on all aspects of people management and development
- Excellent time management skills, able to multitask, work independently, prioritize workloads and work within a fast-paced environment
