About the role:
As a Senior HR Advisor your aim is to provide a high-quality HR service to all employees including advice on HR policy, recruitment, workforce development and employee relations issues. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of project initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
• Coordinate and support the delivery of HR Operations from onboarding, covering the employee lifecycle to exit.
• Deliver accurate monthly payroll and pension administration. Ensuring high standards of quality are maintained based on compliance within the relevant legal framework and policy requirements.
• Monitor absence metrics and follow up with managers in line with the absence management procedure.
Skills and experience:
• Solid understanding of employee lifecycle process and administration.
• Experience with staff welfare and supporting employee relation matters (i.e. probation, sickness, performance).
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and/or HRMS system.
• Understanding of data recording and analysis.
• Excellent organisational skills.
