Purpose of the role:
To work as part of our client's Fund Administration team providing private equity fund administration, corporate services and investor services to private equity funds.
Responsibilities:
- Filing all fund documents
- Deal with adhoc queries
- Preparing payments for approved invoices
- Ensuring potential fund acquisition meets the fund investment criteria
- Updating the foreign exchange and invoices log
- Assisting with the agendas, board minutes/packs
- Assist with updating logs, including minutes
Skills required:
- An interest to study towards ICSA/ACCA/ACA or a similar qualification
- Prior experience of PE and fund administration
