Senior Fund Administrator - Private Equity

Purpose of the role:

To work as part of our client's Fund Administration team providing private equity fund administration, corporate services and investor services to private equity funds.

Responsibilities:

  • Filing all fund documents
  • Deal with adhoc queries
  • Preparing payments for approved invoices
  • Ensuring potential fund acquisition meets the fund investment criteria 
  • Updating the foreign exchange and invoices log 
  • Assisting with the agendas, board minutes/packs
  • Assist with updating logs, including minutes

Skills required:

  • An interest to study towards ICSA/ACCA/ACA or a similar qualification 
  • Prior experience of PE and fund administration
